Journey to Peru with Chef Daniel Lugo and the China Chilcano team! Our annual celebration of Peru covers the three main regions of the country, with dishes inspired by each of their culinary traditions. Explore the Amazon, Andes, and the Coast as you dine on specials like Chaufa de Mariscos, fried rice with scallops, crab, shrimp, squid ink, aji amarillo, and peas. Pair it all with a classic Pisco Sour or Peruvian brew!
